Returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging. Personalized, hygiene-sensitive, and final-sale products may be excluded where local law permits.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so the team can assess a replacement or refund.

Final destinations, prices, delivery windows, and return addresses will be confirmed before launch.
